WSLCB Winery Liquor Laws 101 Seminars

wslcb winery liquor laws 101 seminars

The Washington Winegrowers and the Washington Wine Institute have partnered to offer seminars that will help clarify Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board (WSLCB) compliance requirements for Washington wineries.

Presented by a WSLCB representative, topics covered will include:

  • Common permits used by wineries
  • Off-site sales
  • The do's and dont's for tasting rooms
  • Advertising
  • Donations
  • Winemaker dinners
  • Social media
Participants will learn directly from the WSLCB how to navigate the often-times confusing and challenging WSLCB permit and license rules and regulations, providing the needed confidence to know winery and/or tasting room(s) operations are within the bounds of the law. Each attendee will leave with a list of WSLCB contacts for any questions that arise in the future pertaining to our state liquor laws.
