Sustainable WA Website Relaunches with New Look, Tools, and Resources

SustainableWA.com has been relaunched as a public site highlighting Washington’s vineyard sustainability certification. This update was funded by a USDA Specialty Crop Block Grant.

We’re excited to announce the relaunch of SustainableWA.com —now redesigned as a public-facing, educational hub for both the industry and curious consumers. This next evolution of the site reinforces the value of Sustainable WA as Washington’s leading statewide sustainability certification program for vineyards.

In collaboration with the Washington State Wine Commission and branding partner GreenRubino, the updated site features:

Streamlined messaging about what Sustainable WA represents
A powerful new toolkit to support certified partners in promoting the program
A clean, modern design

This project was made possible through a USDA Specialty Crop Block Grant awarded to the WSWC in October 2024.

New! Digital Toolkit for Certified Partners

The redesigned site includes a Digital Toolkit full of ready-to-use marketing materials for retailers, distributors, wineries, and vineyards. Inside you’ll find:

-An informational one-pager (perfect for DtC and tasting room staff)
-Social media graphics
-Table toppers, digital banners, and posters
-A suite of assets to help you tell the story of Sustainable WA

We encourage you to download the toolkit and incorporate it into outreach, staff training, and marketing efforts.

Updated List of Certified Vineyards and Wineries

The new site also features a comprehensive list of:

-Certified vineyards
-Wineries producing wines made from at least 75% Sustainable WA certified grapes
-This section helps consumers, trade partners, and fellow industry members identify those leading with sustainability—and we want to make sure you’re represented accurately.
