Staying Current In Viticulture and People Management—a Spanish Language Seminar 

This seminar will provide information and best practices for Spanish speaking vineyard managers and supervisors to advance their viticulture and employee management knowledge and skills.  Topics covered include scouting, pest and disease management, crop estimating, irrigation, utilizing technology, empowering and engaging employees, and sexual harassment prevention.  Lunch included.  Washington pesticide credit anticipated.

Este seminario proporcionará información y mejores prácticas para los gerentes y supervisores de viñedos de habla hispana para avanzar en sus conocimientos y habilidades de viticultura y gestión de empleados. Los temas cubiertos incluyen la exploración, el manejo de plagas y enfermedades, la estimación de cultivos, el riego, el uso de tecnología, el empoderamiento y la participación de los empleados y la prevención del acoso sexual.  Almuerzo incluido.
