Sustainable WA will host a 2026 Registration Kickoff event on March 25 (location and time to be announced soon). This is a grower-focused opportunity to connect in person, get questions answered early, and start the season with a clear understanding of what to expect in the 2026 certification cycle.

The kickoff will cover:

• A quick recap of the 2025 certification year and certification recipients
• What’s new for 2026, including process improvements and any clarifications to the Standard
• A walk-through of QLBS and what’s changed to make applications and data entry easier
• A clear overview of the 2026 program cadence and key deadlines (application, audit window, corrective actions, certificate issuance)
• “Meet the Auditor” and a practical discussion of what auditors look for, how to avoid common issues, and how to be audit-ready

Returning participants are encouraged to attend to stay current on system updates, documentation expectations, and any changes that will affect how you complete self-assessment and prepare for audit. New or prospective participants are strongly encouraged to attend if you want a straightforward overview of what Sustainable WA is, how certification works, and whether it’s a fit for your operation.
