What is the Corporate Transparency Act?

The Corporate Transparency Act (CTA), which came into effect at the beginning of the year, now requires approximately 32 million businesses to report information about the business itself, as well as the personal information of those associated with the business. And while agricultural businesses are unique in many ways, they too must report under the CTA.
